Unceremoniously dumped at this strangely styled faux art deco hotel after a flight at nearby Bergamo airport was cancelled. Pro’s - Comfortable beds - Reasonable breakfast selection available (inc gluten free and non dairy milk) - Small gym room (modern kit, bike x 2, treadmill x 2, multi gym, small selection of free weights) - Proximity to the airport (c15 minutes away) Con’s - Patchy and slow Wi-Fi (c1.5mbs on Speedtest, not available consistently or in all areas, poor even in a ground floor room, I gave up and tethered my phone) - Tired rooms and decor throughout, stale smoke smell in some rooms (piles of cigarette buts sitting outside the ground floor rooms), broken fridges etc - Food in the restaurant mediocre at best on the one evening we tried it (I only heard the symphony of microwaves in the preparation) Most of the pictures here flatter to deceive, I'll include some of the nightmare inducing artwork, terrible DIY and tired details. Summary: last resort/short stopover only, would benefit hugely from a fresh coat of paint etc.
